LESSON NINE (IRUEMWIN NOGIERẸNRẸN)

 

 

 

a)    How do you get yourself wounded this morning?

Vua ya miẹn ikuan egbe na hẹ vbẹ owiẹ na?

b)    I was playing with my friends, under that big tree near our school.

Ti mẹn vbẹ avbẹ ọsemwẹn gha aku, vbẹ ototẹ erhan nọkua ni, nọ dia kẹ owa iruẹmwin ọghi man.

a)    Why do they not carry you come here for treatment

Vbọ siẹe nẹ iran na ma muẹn gha diẹ emwan, ni iran do gbaro ghe ruẹ?

b)    When I fell down, they all ran away, may be they are thinking that I will die. Is one good man that came to my aid.

Mẹn ghi wa de nẹn, iran hia na lẹ kua, egbọre ti ran gha roro wẹ igha wu. okpiọkpa nọ ọmwan esi ọghi do ru iyobọ mẹn.

Ukhian sẹtin yẹ ọwẹ na khian gha riẹ owa, vbua ghi khian ya gha riẹ owa hẹ na?

Lahọ, igha rhiẹ uviẹn ẹhoho oghẹ UKỌKA ọghẹ iyẹmwẹn nuẹn, nu miẹ ehe na tiẹ re, nọ gha diẹ emwan, nọ do mu mwẹn gha riẹ owa.

Ivie wẹ wa sẹtin kaka bọ winna, ọwa kpan  mwẹn odin wẹ uwinna sẹmwẹn

b)    Every time, I do go to farm with my mother, where we  do hard work

Ẹghẹ hia eri ya lẹlẹ iyemwẹn yẹ ugbo, ni ma na winna iwinna nọ wegbe

a)    Iyore, have you ever been to farm before, which village do you have your farm?

Iyore, wẹ he yẹ ugbo dẹ ra, dẹ igue nẹ ugbo ọghu wa ye?

c)   Oduwa, you talk too much. Work with your cutlass and not with your mouth, if you cannot work with your cutlass, go and join those packing

Oduwa utalọ gbe, ọpia ara ya winna, ẹirẹ unu. Ade ghẹ ukhian sẹtin yẹ ọpia winna, ya de ba iran ni hẹ iku.
